DIY Jack-O-Lantern Tin Cans

It’s Monday, October 28th and it feels like Halloween is over! Halloween isn’t until Thursday but many people have already gone trick ‘r treating, attended Halloween parties and simply finished up their Halloween festivities. This is evident by all the department stores already having Halloween products on sale, even the candy! When did this transition take place? I don’t know, but I don’t like it! Even though others have packed away their Halloween festivities, I’m staying with it until the end! I madd these cute DIY Jack-O-Lantern Tin Cans to deliver to my neighbors, ON HALLLOWEEN! These guys are the perfect little teacher, neighbor or friend gift for Halloween! I didn’t even have to buy anything to make these!

You will need:

Tin cans

Orange paint

Black Spray paint

Index Cards

Masking tape

1) Paint a layer of orange paint onto your tin cans. I only did one side, because you really only need it where your jack-o-lantern face will show up. Let dry.

image2) Cute a jack-o-lantern face out of an index card.

3) Tape the face onto dried tin can.

5) Remove the index card, fill the tin with candy or other goodies! I wrapped some raffia around the top of mine and made little BOO cards out of scrapbook paper!
