In the meantime, I thought I’d share with you this super easy and delicious cherry cobbler recipe. This is a go-to recipe for me when I need to throw something together quick to take to a friend, family member or neighbor. It’s so simple and it really is so so good! Plus, it’s the perfect early fall recipe!

1- 21 oz. can cherry pie filling

1 cup Bisquick

1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoon white sugar

1 tablespoon softened butter

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1) Pour your cherry pie filling into a bread pan. Place in a cold oven. Set oven to 400 degrees and let cook for 10 minutes.

2) While your pie filling is in the oven, combine Bisquick, milk, white sugar and butter in a medium mixing bowl. Mix until you have a soft dough.

3) After 10 minutes, remove your pie filling from the oven. Place your dough by spoonfuls over the pie filling. Don’t forget your pan is hot! I do that too often!

5) Enjoy warm with whipped cream!
