Vanilla Cupcakes for Two!

I love surprising my boyfriend with baked goods, especially cupcakes! However, I hate wasting cupcakes! That’s always what happens when I make a whole batch of cupcakes. My boyfriend and I are only two people, living in an area where we don’t know too many people to share with. I can only bring the neighbors cupcakes so many times before they’re like, “What’s up with the cupcake freak?” I set out to find the perfect recipe for vanilla cupcakes for two. Once you know how to make vanilla cupcakes for two you can easily adjust the recipe for different flavors!

ingredients:
1 egg white
2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons softened butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 and 1/2 tablespoon milk
1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 container store bought Whipped frosting.

directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a muffin pan with 2 liners.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the egg white and sugar until combined.
Stir in the vanilla, butter, and milk. Add flour and baking powder and mix until smooth.
Divide the batter between two cupcake liners and bake for 10-12 minutes. After your cupcakes have cooled, frost your cupcakes and decorate however you desire.

I like the whipped frosting because it’s so fluffy and easy to work with, I piped it on the cupcakes with a baggie!
